Our body is able to produce enough for the maximum amount of fat in the body, but we have an excess intake of fat from meat and dairy products. If we move from a broader perspective, and ignore the negatives of cholesterol, thus contributing to a very important part of the body. The first and most important task is to keep the cholesterol in the plasma membrane through the body unchanged. It regulates the fluidity of cell membranes and to ensure they are not too rigid or too fluid. In addition, it also improves mental performance and make you outshine others. Cholesterol is said to form a protective coating of the body and blood vessels, so stay away from infectious diseases.
