Holistic Nutrition
Nutrition is the process of acquiring food for growth and tissue repair worn. It is also the science and study of balance in the diet to promote health.

Western society has overcome the problem of infectious diseases caused by public health measures. Although hospitals have eliminated infectious diseases and mental health clinics are overwhelmed and society is fragmented and ill at ease. We have replaced infectious diseases to degenerative diseases.
By definition, evolution ensures that all living things that exist today are well adapted to their environment, as long as they live according to the forces that have shaped their evolutionary development – this definition does not translate to nutrition.
